Lone Pine Movie Museum

Lone Pine Movie Museum

Description: The small museum houses thousands of memorabilia of the movies that were filmed here in the area, especially in the neighboring Alabama Hills. The very nice people running the museum are often on site and are happy to give visitors information.

Our rating: If you are interested in movies, this is a nice place to spend 1-2 hours. We didn't know many of the movies, but it was still very interesting to walk around among the exhibits and look at everything. We visited the museum in May 2013.
