Description: In 1916 Monsignor Joseph Bosetti discovered the rock and, inspired by the saying on this rock I will build my church, he decided to build his church here. However, because he lacked the money, his church was not completed until 1936. It is a Catholic church, officially called Saint Katherine of Siena.

In 1993 the church was visited by Pope John Paul II. He prayed and subsequently consecrated the church.

Our rating: A cute little church in a beautiful setting. For us it was a very nice stopover on the way from Denver to the Rocky Mountain NP. Very good for stretching your legs.
