Description: The small chapel is located somewhere in the middle of nowhere between Grand Canyon NP and Flagstaff. It was built in 1962 by Watson M. Lacy and his family who had a small ranch here. The property was sold in the meantime, however, the land on which the small chapel stands is still managed by Lacy's widow.

Our rating: We stumbled upon the little chapel rather by chance in February 2016. On our way from Grand Canyon NP to Flagstaff, we noticed the unusual small building on the side of the road and motivated us to stop. The chapel is certainly not the biggest highlight, but it offers a few nice photo opportunities and is a nice little oasis of peace and quiet along the way. We find this small stopover to be worthwhile.
