We flew from Nuremberg via Frankfurt directly to Montreal. The first time we did not pick up the car at the airport. In this case the car was much cheaper if you didn't pick it up at the airport but at a station in the city.

The sky is overcast and it rains lightly from time to time. We hope it will get better. We drive on Highway 60 through the Algonquin PP. The road is not very spectacular. Actually, one drives mostly through a forest aisle. Fortunately, it is autumn and the leaves are beautifully colored.

The sky is still overcast, unfortunately, today the sun can be seen only so very little. We hike around Peck Lake and the Lookout Trail. The foliage coloring is already really great.

The sun is shining. We hike up Booth Rock and to Whiskey Rapids. However, because only rain is expected in the area for the next few days, we change the program and head back east.
