style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Beschreibung:<\/strong><\/span> F\u00fcr alle Elvis Fans ist Tupelo wohl ein Muss, denn hier wurde er am 08.01.1935 geboren. Dementsprechend stolz ist man hier auf den ber\u00fchmten Bewohner. So gibt es mehrere Orte, die zu Ehren des King of Pop erhalten geblieben sind. In der Stadt kann man einen Blick auf den Hardware Store werfen, in dem Elvis\u00b4 Mutter ihm seine erste Gitarre kaufte. Auch in der Stadt findet sich eine Statue die im Ged\u00e4chtnis an den ber\u00fchmten Sohn der Stadt aufgestellt wurde.<br \/>Rund um sein Geburtshaus, das ein wenig au\u00dferhalb des Stadtzentrums liegt, gibt es ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Areal mit einem Museum, das man besichtigen kann. Wer all diese Locations besuchen m\u00f6chte, kann hier auf jeden Fall gut einen halben Tag verbringen.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Unsere Bewertung:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Da wir keine riesig gro\u00dfen Elvis-Fans sind, hat uns ein kurzer Blick gereicht. Das Museum und das Geburtshaus waren w\u00e4hrend unserem Besuch im Oktober 2016 nicht ge\u00f6ffnet, sodass uns die Entscheidung \u00fcber einen ausf\u00fchrlichen Besuch abgenommen wurde. F\u00fcr uns kein unbedingtes <em>must see<\/em>, aber einen kurzen Blick ist es schon wert.
