underline;\"><strong>Beschreibung:<\/strong><\/span> Der Big Bend Ranch SP liegt \u00f6stlich der Stadt Presidio und ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte State Park in Texas. Der eigentliche Park befindet sich n\u00f6rdlich des Highway 170. Es gibt einige Dirt Roads um den Park zu erkunden. Wir haben uns bei unserem Besuch im M\u00e4rz 2018 auf den Highway 170 beschr\u00e4nkt. Der Highway bildest die s\u00fcdliche Grenze des Parks und f\u00fchrt die meiste Zeit direkt am Rio Grande vorbei.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Unsere Bewertung:<\/strong><\/span> Die Stra\u00dfe durch den Park war sehr abwechslungsreich. Sie f\u00fchrt st\u00e4ndig auf und ab und die Aussichten \u00fcber den Flu\u00df hin\u00fcber nach Mexiko haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf dem Weg zum Big Bend NP k\u00f6nnen wir einen kurzen Besuch hier durchaus empfehlen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3eba729b underline;\"><strong>Beschreibung:<\/strong><\/span> Der Hoodoos and Balanced Rock Trail befindet sich direkt am \u00a0Highway 170, gute 40.2km \u00f6stlich der Stadt Presidio. Man kann insgesamt einen etwa 1.7km langen Loop laufen, allerdings ist das nicht n\u00f6tig, um die Hoodoos zu sehen. Diese stehen n\u00e4mlich alle direkt unterhalb der Stra\u00dfe. Sie thronen gut sichtbar oberhalb des Rio Grande. Der Trail dahin ist kurz und gut zu laufen.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Unsere Bewertung:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Nicht unbedingt die spektakul\u00e4rsten Hoodoos, die wir bisher gesehen haben, aber es ist ein sch\u00f6ner kleiner Stopp, um sich auf der Fahrt entlang des Rio Grande einmal die F\u00fc\u00dfe zu Man findet die Geb\u00e4ude direkt am Highway 170, etwa 54km \u00f6stlich von Presidio.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Unsere Bewertung:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Ein kleiner netter Stopp auf der Fahrt entlang des Rio Grande. Das Besondere sind nicht nur die Kulissen, sondern auch die Lage direkt an der Grenze zu Mexiko. underline;\"><strong>Beschreibung:<\/strong><\/span> Das Fort Leaton, das man heute besichtigen kann, ist eine wieder aufgebaute Festung, die einstmals als Handelsposten auf dem Chihuahua Trail diente. Benannt wurde es nach seinem ersten Besitzer Benjamin Leaton. Dieser erwarb das Land 1848 und betrieb hier bis 1884 Handel. Die Anlage war bis 1920 dauerhaft besetzt. Nach umfassenden Wiederaufbauma\u00dfnahmen ist es seit 1973 der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zug\u00e4nglich.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Unsere Bewertung:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Uns hat das Fort gut gefallen. Es hat Spa\u00df gemacht, durch die R\u00e4ume zu laufen und sich vorzustellen, wie das Leben hier im 19 Jahrhundert wohl gewesen sein mag. Au\u00dferdem gefallen uns Anlagen im Adobe Stil sehr gut, denn sie geben immer tolle Fotomotive ab.
