Der Pass kostet einmalig 80$ und kann am Eingang des jeweiligen Nationalpark, National Monument usw. erworben werden. Da man jeden dieser Trails auch einzeln laufen kann, werden wir diese im folgenden getrennt voneinander beschreiben.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Wir sind folgende Trailkombination gelaufen:<\/span> <\/strong>Givens Spicer Lowry Trail, Lighthouse Trail bis zum Lighthouse und anschlie\u00dfend den kompletten Lighthouse Trail wieder zur\u00fcck. Schlie\u00dflich sind wir dann \u00fcber den Paseo des Rio Trail wieder zur\u00fcck zum Auto gelaufen. In dieser Kombination ist der Trail 14.6km lang und man muss 385 H\u00f6henmeter \u00fcberwinden. Was wir ganz toll an dem gesamten Trail fanden, waren die Wegmarkierungen, die alle 160m am Wegrand angebracht waren. Die waren sehr hilfreich, denn so wusste man immer genau, wo man sich auf dem Weg befand. Sowas w\u00fcrde ich mir im S\u00fcdwesten in den Parks auch w\u00fcnschen. <span style=\"color: #ccffcc;\"><a style=\"color: #ccffcc;\" eben. Er ist sehr leicht zu laufen und gut ausgebaut. M\u00f6chte man zum Lighthouse nach oben, muss man nun einen steilen, ger\u00f6lligen Berg nach oben. Hier wird es teilweise ein wenig schwierig zu laufen. Daf\u00fcr hat man dann aber von oben tolle Aussichten ins Tal und nat\u00fcrlich auf sch\u00f6ne Fotomotive am Lighthouse. Der Lighhouse Trail kam mir ein wenig vor, als w\u00e4re er die Autobahn der Trails im Park. Da er bis zum Aufstieg zum Lighthouse sehr leicht zu laufen ist, war hier jede Menge los. Kein Vergleich zur Einsamkeit auf dem Givens Spicer Lowry Trail. Sicher kein <em>must see<\/em>. Ach ja etwas nettes gab es doch noch, n\u00e4mlich die Legende von Shal-A-Ko. Als er geboren wurde, begann es nach monatelanger Trockenheit wieder zu regnen und so wurde Shal-A.-Ko zeit seines Lebens als Regenmacher verehrt. Er ist sogar der zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte Canyon der USA und wird deswegen auch Grand Canyon von Texas genannt. Er ist 193km lang, hat eine durchschnittliche Breite von 10km und hat eine maximale Tiefe von 244m. Vom Canyon Overlook direkt neben dem Visitor Center hat man einen sch\u00f6nen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber einen Teil des Canyons.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Unsere
