Biscayne NP

Description: Biscayne National Park is located in southeast Florida and stretches across Biscayne Bay and the northeastern islands of the Florida Keys. Almost the entire park is covered by water, so diving and snorkeling are the most popular activities in the park.

Our rating: We visited the park in March 1997 and took a glass bottom boat through the park. The experience was a bit disappointing, because the glass bottom of the boat was not really suitable to see corals. So we just enjoyed the ride along the islands. The park is certainly more fun if you can snorkel or dive.
